Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies. ** NOTE ** : If you were able to get a response that solved your issue, please mark it as the 'Best Answer' to help other Trailblazers. If the issue persists after 48 hours, create a Trailhead Help case at https://help.salesforce.com/s/support for further assistance.

Hi Team,

I am looking out for a hand-on trailhead for the following scenario. I have been able to find one but not able to find the others.

Below is the scenario which i am looking for,

Do we have any trailhead which can help me with the above scenario.

Regards,

Dear Trailhead Support Team,

I am facing a technical issue while completing the Trailhead unit “Configure and Activate Your Sales Coaching Agent” under “Build Your First Sales Coach.”

I have been trying to complete this challenge for several weeks, but I am blocked at the step where I need to open and modify the prompt template associated with:

Agentforce Sales Coach: Give Feedback on Negotiation/Review Stage

I followed the required path:

Setup → Agentforce Assets → Actions → Agentforce Sales Coach: Give Feedback on Negotiation/Review Stage → Reference Action → Open Prompt Template

However, when I click the Open in New Tab icon for the Reference Action, Prompt Builder opens but remains stuck on the loading spinner indefinitely, so I cannot edit the prompt template.

I have already verified the following:

  • I am using the Agentforce Playground launched directly from this Trailhead challenge.
  • Einstein is enabled (ON) in Einstein Setup.
  • Prompt Template Manager permission set is assigned and active for my user.
  • Prompt Builder itself opens successfully.
  • The Sales Coach Agent has been created.
  • The NegotiationRolePlay subagent is configured.
  • Agentforce Sales Coach: Give Feedback on Negotiation/Review Stage has been added under Actions Available for Reasoning.
  • The Reference Action Type correctly shows Prompt Template.
  • The Reference Action shows Active.
  • I have tried refreshing, signing out and back in, reopening the Playground from Trailhead, and using a private/incognito browser session.
  • The specific referenced prompt template still does not load.

Because the prompt template does not open, I cannot complete the required steps to add the two <NEGOTIATION QUESTIONS>, save a new version, activate the updated prompt template, and finish the challenge.

My Agentforce Playground is currently available until August 22, 2026 at 5:30 AM GMT+5:30, so I am concerned that it may expire before this technical issue is resolved.

Could you please check whether the required Salesforce-managed Sales Coach prompt template is correctly provisioned in my Agentforce Playground, or advise how I can resolve this issue without restarting the entire challenge?

I can provide screenshots of the loading issue, Einstein Setup, permission assignment, Agentforce Assets Reference Action, and Agentforce Builder configuration if required.

Thank you.

# Support Question **Why is the “Agentforce Sales Coach: Give Feedback on Negotiation/Review Stage” Prompt Template stuck loading indefinitely in my Agentforce Playground even though Einstein is enabled and Prompt Template Manager permission is assigned?

Hello Everyone,

I need some guidance regarding an issue related to Salesforce Enhanced Domains.

We have identified that one of our Salesforce Labs applications is still using a Non-Enhanced Domain URL. As Salesforce is retiring Non-Enhanced Domains, we need to update this URL to an Enhanced Domain URL before the retirement date.

The challenge is that this is a Salesforce Labs package, and we are unable to identify the appropriate support team or owner for it.

Has anyone faced a similar issue with Salesforce Labs applications?

Specifically, I would like to know:

  • Is there a dedicated support team for Salesforce Labs packages?
  • Has anyone updated a Salesforce Labs package to use Enhanced Domains?
  • Is there any recommended approach or documentation for updating the URL?
  • If the package does not support Enhanced Domains, what are the available options?

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

    Hi Aravind,

Salesforce Labs packages don't have dedicated paid support — they're community-supported, built by Salesforce employees/teams as free extras, not official products. That's exactly why you're not finding a support channel.

    For your specific questions:

    1. Dedicated support team? No. Salesforce Labs apps are provided "as-is." Support comes from the Trailblazer Community group for that specific package (check the AppExchange listing page — most Labs apps link to a community group or GitHub repo) or from whoever posted it internally in your org.

    2. Fixing the hardcoded non-enhanced URL — since it's an unmanaged package, you actually have full edit access to its metadata (unlike a managed package). You can:

       - Find the hardcoded URL(s) using the Lightning Experience Configuration Converter tool (Setup > search "Lightning Experience Configuration Converter" > Hard-Coded URLs tab) — it scans Visualforce, Apex, and other metadata for legacy domain references

       - Manually edit the affected Apex classes/Visualforce pages/Custom Settings to use a relative path or your Enhanced Domain URL instead

    3. If the package doesn't support Enhanced Domains and you can't patch it yourself:

       - Since it's unmanaged, consider exporting/cloning the components into your own namespace so your team owns and maintains it going forward

       - Or check the GitHub repo (many Salesforce Labs apps are open-sourced) and submit an issue/PR — some are actively maintained by volunteers even without official support

Given non-enhanced domain redirects are being fully retired, patching the hardcoded URLs yourself (option 2) is the safest bet rather than waiting on Labs support that doesn't really exist.

Best CPQ App on AppExchange in 2026

Choosing the best CPQ App on AppExchange has become more important than ever as Salesforce customers modernize their quote-to-cash processes. With Salesforce CPQ reaching End of Sale and the evolution of AppExchange into AgentExchange, businesses are looking for scalable, AI-ready, and Salesforce-native solutions that can simplify pricing, quoting, contracts, billing, and order management.

In this guide, we'll explain what to look for in a CPQ solution, compare the leading options, and help you identify the right platform for your business.

Why CPQ Is Essential for Modern Sales Teams

Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software helps sales teams create accurate quotes quickly by automating product configuration, pricing rules, approvals, and proposal generation.

Without CPQ, organizations often rely on spreadsheets and manual approval processes that lead to pricing errors, inconsistent discounts, and delayed sales cycles.

A modern Salesforce-native CPQ solution enables businesses to:

  • Automate product configuration
  • Apply pricing and discount rules consistently
  • Generate professional quotes in minutes
  • Reduce manual approval bottlenecks
  • Improve quote accuracy
  • Accelerate the entire quote-to-cash process

AppExchange Is Now AgentExchange

Salesforce has unified AppExchange, Slack Marketplace, and Agentforce capabilities into AgentExchange

, creating a single marketplace for business applications and AI-powered solutions. Existing AppExchange listings remain available, but buyers can now evaluate apps alongside AI agents and automation tools, making it easier to build an intelligent Salesforce ecosystem.

For businesses searching for the best CPQ App on AppExchange

, the marketplace still offers trusted Salesforce-native and partner-built solutions, now within an AI-first experience.

How to Evaluate the Best CPQ App on AppExchange

Not every CPQ solution offers the same capabilities. Before making a decision, consider these factors:

1. Salesforce-Native Architecture

Native applications run directly on Salesforce, eliminating data synchronization issues, reducing maintenance, and providing a consistent user experience.

2. End-to-End Quote-to-Cash

The best solutions go beyond quoting by supporting:

  • Product configuration
  • Pricing
  • Contract management
  • Order processing
  • Billing
  • Inventory
  • Fulfillment

This minimizes the need for multiple disconnected systems.

3. Fast Deployment

Implementation time can vary significantly. Look for solutions that can be deployed quickly while minimizing business disruption.

4. Scalability

Your CPQ platform should support future growth, including subscription pricing, usage-based billing, multi-currency operations, and AI-driven automation.

5. Total Cost of Ownership

Evaluate not only licensing costs but also implementation, integrations, maintenance, and long-term operational expenses.

Leading CPQ Solutions on AppExchange

Several applications stand out in 2026 based on functionality and business requirements.

Cloudy Business Ops 360

Cloudy Business Ops 360 provides a Salesforce-native platform that combines CPQ with inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, billing, and fulfillment in a single application. Instead of managing multiple disconnected tools, businesses can operate the entire quote-to-cash lifecycle from one Salesforce environment.

Salesforce Revenue Cloud

Revenue Cloud is Salesforce's strategic successor to Salesforce CPQ, offering native pricing, quoting, billing, subscriptions, and revenue lifecycle management. It is particularly suitable for organizations planning long-term modernization on the Salesforce Platform.

DealHub

DealHub focuses on guided selling, collaborative Deal Rooms, and faster proposal creation, making it a popular option for SaaS organizations with relatively simple product configurations.

Conga CPQ

Conga CPQ is widely adopted by enterprises that require advanced document generation, contract lifecycle management, and highly configurable proposal workflows.

Native vs. Integrated CPQ Solutions

One of the biggest considerations is choosing between a Salesforce-native application and a connector-based solution.

Native applications typically provide:

  • Better performance
  • Unified security
  • Simplified administration
  • Real-time Salesforce data
  • Lower integration complexity

Connector-based applications can still be valuable, but they often require additional integration and ongoing maintenance.

How to Select the Right CPQ Platform

Ask these questions before investing:

  • Are you replacing Salesforce CPQ?
  • Do you need billing and order management?
  • Will your business support subscriptions or usage-based pricing?
  • Do you require inventory and fulfillment alongside quoting?
  • Is AI automation part of your future roadmap?
  • How quickly do you need to deploy?

Answering these questions helps narrow the list to solutions that align with your operational requirements.

Final Thoughts

Finding the best CPQ App on AppExchange

is no longer just about generating quotes. Businesses now expect a platform that manages the complete revenue lifecycle—from product configuration and pricing to contracts, billing, fulfillment, and AI-powered automation.

As Salesforce continues investing in AgentExchange and intelligent revenue management, organizations should prioritize Salesforce-native solutions that reduce complexity, improve operational visibility, and scale with future business growth.

Before making a final decision, compare features, implementation effort, pricing, customer support, and long-term scalability. A well-chosen CPQ solution can significantly improve sales productivity, reduce quoting errors, and accelerate revenue growth for years to come.

Hello Team,

I am unable to complete the "Build Your First Salesforce Agent" module.

While following the Adjust the Prompt Template section, I get stuck at the step where I need to open:

Agentforce Sales Coach: Give Feedback on Negotiation/Review Stage

Navigation: Setup → Agentforce Assets → Actions → Agentforce Sales Coach: Give Feedback on Negotiation/Review Stage->scroll to reference action-> click open in new tab icon->click OK on the Can’t edit prompt template pop-up window.

When I select this action, the page keeps loading continuously for hours and never opens. Because of this, I am unable to access the Prompt Template and proceed with the remaining steps in the challenge.

What I have tried:

  • Refreshed the page
  • Logged out and logged back in
  • Tried an incognito/private browser window
  • Tried a different browser

Screenshot attached for reference.

Could someone please advise if this is a known issue or suggest a workaround?

Thank you.

Team, I've attempted to complete the current Trail: Become an Agentblazer Champion 2026, 4 times and I'm not able to despite following the steps verbatim. I'm at 97% completion but can't get past the Second "build an agent" portion in the playground.

Hello Team,

I am trying to become an Agentblazer Champion and I seem to be stuck at the Build with Agentforce Builder.

When the course asks me to "Add Two Actions from the Asset Library" I only see the "Create Experience Session Booking" but not the "Get Sessions". Is there something I did wrong? I created a whole new agent following the instructions and I still do not see the action.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Getting Challenge not yet complete in Agentforce Builder Org

Whoops, looks like there was a problem. Please try again. Tried with 2 different orgs, same error.

Build a Service Agent with Agentforce Builder Tools

Everything in the org looks good. Agent preview works as expected. Community site published and the agent there works as expected.

Update (April 30, 2026. 9AM EST): Salesforce trailhead support team mentioned they are aware of the issue and is working on fixing it on the case I created. Looks like we just have to wait for it to be fixed.

Update (April 30, 2026. 3:30PM EST): Issue is resolved, reverifying with same org worked.
