What are the best practices for optimizing Salesforce Flow performance in large orgs with thousands of records? I'd love to hear what techniques or tools the community uses to keep automations efficient and avoid governor limit issues.

Cannot connect my hands-on org in Agentblazer Champion 2026

I have completed 95% of the Trailhead training for Agentblazer Champion 2026, but on the final section I can no longer connect my developer-org. See image below. When I select my Org to connect to, I get stuck on this page and eventually it errors out. During other parts of the course, I have sucessfully connected, but now no longer can.

    This is usually the hands-on org provisioning step timing out rather than an issue with your training progress. A few things that typically fix it: 1) Wait it out - the "setting things up" screen can legitimately take 10-15 min on a busy day, avoid refreshing. 2) Check your Trailhead Playground/org limits in your profile - if you're at the cap, delete an old unused hands-on org and reconnect. 3) Try an incognito window or clear cookies - stale session tokens for the connected org commonly cause the connect flow to hang. 4) Disable ad blockers/privacy extensions, which can block the OAuth redirect. 5) Check status.salesforce.com for provisioning incidents. If it's still stuck after 48 hours, file a Trailhead Help case at help.salesforce.com/s/support so support can reset the org connection for that module.
