ナレッジ直送便 虎の巻 - 完了アクションで設定した処理が、期待通りに動作しないトラブルについて

 

■ シリーズ「ナレッジ直送便 虎の巻」〜Account Engagement(旧Pardot) 編 第 3 弾〜

 

いつも Salesforce をご利用いただきましてありがとうございます。Salesforce Japan Account Engagement  サポートの都丸です。

 

直近のよくあるお問い合わせの中から、お客様に役立つ情報を各クラウド製品のサポートチームからご紹介する、シリーズ「ナレッジ直送便 虎の巻  📚」

 

■ 本題 

 

例えば、プロスペクトがフォームに登録した時に、下記のような事象が発生することがあります。 

 

  • 完了アクションでプロスペクト値を更新したが、同期先のリードまたは取引先責任者に同期されない 
  • 完了アクションでプロスペクト (リード/取引先責任者) をキャンペーンメンバーに追加したが、実際のキャンペーンメンバーレコードが作成されない 
  • 完了アクションでプロスペクト (リード/取引先責任者) に TODO レコードを作成したが、実際の TODO レコードが作成されない 

 

これらの事象は、「ユーザーに割り当て」の完了アクションが他の完了アクションより先に実行されてしまっているために発生しています。 

 

フォームの完了アクションは Summer’22 リリースで条件付き完了アクションにバージョンアップしましたが、完了アクションの実行は全て非同期 (並行) 処理となり、実行順序という概念はなくなりました。 

そのため、個々の自動化処理の実行順序を指定したい場合や、ユーザー割り当てによるプロスペクト同期処理が前提となる後処理 (プロスペクト項目更新やキャンペーンメンバー追加など) をフォーム送信のタイミングで実行したい場合は、代わりに Engagement Studio 機能をご利用ください。 

 

完了アクションに関する考慮事項】

完了アクションは定義した順序で実行されるわけではありません。順次的なプロスペクトエクスペリエンスを構築する場合は、Engagement Studio プログラムを使用します。

Engagement Studio を利用すると、対象リスト内のプロスペクトに対して、実行順序を保ちながら自動処理を実行できます。 

 

自動化処理の例: 

 

  1. フォーム完了アクションで、プロスペクトを Engagement Studio 実行対象リストに追加 
  2. Engagement Studio で、プロスペクトをキャンペーンに追加 
  3. Engagement Studio で、プロスペクト (リード/取引先責任者) に TODO レコードを作成 
  4. Engagement Studio で、ユーザーへ割り当て

*以下記述は以前の動作に基づく内容のためご放念ください。 

 

完了アクションは、登録した順番で実行されています。また、プロスペクトの「ユーザーに割り当て」処理は、Salesforce との同期のトリガーになっています。

そのため、複数の完了アクションを設定した際に「ユーザーに割り当て」を最初に登録したり、途中に登録してしまいますと、その後の完了アクションは Salesforce との同期処理の後に実行される形となります。

 

その結果、「ユーザーに割り当て」より後に実行された完了アクションがうまく反映されなかったり、完了アクションによって Account Engagement の値は更新されたのにもかかわらず、Salesforce のリードなどには値が同期されていない、といった更新のトラブルが発生してしまいます。

 

上記の問題を回避するために、「ユーザーに割り当て」の完了アクションは一番最後に実行されるように、一番最後(一番下)に追加するようにしてください。

 

以上のように、完了アクションの処理でトラブルに遭遇しましたら、まずは完了アクションの実行の順番を見直していただければと思います。

ユーザーに割り当て

プロスペクトをユーザーに割り当てます。このアクションでは、プロスペクトは再割り当てされません。このアクションは、常に一連の完了アクションの最後のアクションにしてください。ユーザーが割り当てられると、Salesforce コネクターを持つアカウントで新しいプロスペクトが CRM と同期された後、その他の完了アクションが起動します。

Hi,

I would like to find out the unused assets in SFMC instance so i can delete/Archive them? Any suggestions on how do i find them ?     Currently, there aren’t any platforms or trail-mix which offer free hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud. However, I recommend checking out a video that can help you get familiar with the interface. If you’d like suggestions for good video resources, just let me know!

    Hi there, we are trying to use the fields on campaign member on marketing cloud emails using personalisation but the personalisation is only available for leads, contacts and accounts. Is there any way to use the campaign member fields on emails. Ex: Survey link field on campaign member record - which will be helpful if we can use on emails
