Hi, I tried using WMS maps in Tableau Desktop but I am missing granularity of the MAP. How should we proceed in this case whether we need to whitelist the URL or any other configuration changes is required. Could someone please suggest us. Thank you

You'll need to be more clear on what you mean by 'granularity' is missing. If you are stating that there are certain 'layers' missing from the map, then did you go to Menu ---> Map ---> Background Layers, then check the various options/layers available to you in the dialog box that are specific to the WMS map?
