We have a number of accounts that are under the security sector they want us to block this data to only a certain amount of users being able to see. is there a way we can create a screen flow which asks users to enter in a passcode/password to see certain records or something similar?

Just spit-balling but what about using Account Teams to grant access to these "Restricted" Account records?
