Get Email to reset data cloud Playground

Hi Team,

 

I am unable to complete this https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/create-a-data-stream-in-data-cloud/get-started-with-a-data-cloud-developer-edition

 

I haven't recieved email to reset epic.bb921725357471039@orgfarm.th.

 

Please can you help me create a new org for Data cloud, so I can "connect playground" and continue with the trailhead.

 

My Hands-On Orgs are ok, i have just 2 developer edition and 1 playground.

    Hi, @Samuel Ruiz Fernández

     

    Usually, the email arrives immediately, but this happens when you CREATE an Einstein AI Playground.

     

    If you have previously created it but didn’t manage to activate it and are now trying to “reset the password” during authorization, the email won’t be sent.

     

    In this case, you need to contact Salesforce Support and ask them to deactivate that Playground for you.

     

    After that, you will be able to create a new one.

     

    I had a similar situation, and it took two days to resolve the issue.
