I am in the Add a Flow to Your Prompt Template part of the Quick Start: Create a Prompt Builder Flex Template the first time i tried to finish the test i received ID error: -561342874. i'll share a picture of it with this question, the second time i try to do the test it doesn't show me one of the steps (Template-Triggered Prompt Flow

I am from the trailhead help team. Please note that for
Template-Triggered Prompt Flowto be visible we need to turn on the "Einstein setup" from Setup.
I have attached a screenshot below for your reference.

Kindly follow the steps below to disconnect your current Agentforce Playground and create a new one.
- Go to a standard playground badge like this one: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/configure-a-net-zero-cloud-org/create-net-zero-cloud-profiles-and-users
- Scroll to the bottom and click the 3 dots next to the playground listed
- Click Manage Orgs
- Click Create Playground
- When it is made, refresh the page and you should be able to click Disconnect next to the Agentforce org (org starting with Epic.....)
Post these steps, navigate to https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/quick-start-build-your-first-agent-with-agentforce/configure-an-agentforce-service-agent
, refresh the page and you should be able to create a new org.

@Mykhailo Vdovychenko - I am having the same issue, specifically the Template-Triggered Prompt Flow not displaying, how do I delete the Agentforce PG that is having the issue?

Try again later, for example, in 30 minutes, or refresh the page.
You can also try opening this task in a different browser, such as MS Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
If this doesn’t help, you can try deleting the current Agentforce PG, creating a new one, and completing the challenge again.
