I can't create roles in the role hierarchy does anyone know how to fix this, it gives the option and pulls up the window but after I type in the name for the role it doesn't give me the option to do anything else. I even watched the walkthrough video to make sure I didn't miss anything but I can't figure this out

Hello @Johann Castillo, don't you see this window when adding a role from the hierarchy ? You can still try to flush the cache, logout and login (even try in incognito or with another web browser) to see if i helps.

Thank you so much @Eric Burté, I was using Safari but switched to Chrome and the window finally popped up for me. I tried all the other options first and didn't get any results. So switching the browser is what worked out best for me.

Module (Set Organization-Wide Defaults and Create a Role Hierarchy) the Screenshots above show what I'm dealing with I don't know if there's another way to go about it I was following the Step by Step guide and got stuck at the (Create a Role Hierarchy) Unit due to not sure if its got something to do with AW Computing not being my Organization or not I just noticed that's the only difference in the walkthrough video and it doesn't take me to the page in the video instead I get this

I logged out of the Playground and logged back in, I have yet to see this window I can't even make a role, and see in Screenshot1-AW Computing isn't at the top of the Hierarchy as it should, Screenshot2-Is what happens if I select add role
Hello @Johann Castillo, I was also having the same issue while I was creating role using the chrome browser. I switched the Salesforce UI to classic mode, then tried to create a role, and it was working fine for me. Sometimes it is not working in LIghtning UI.
EDIT: The solution that worked for me was completing the challenge in incognito mode. Thanks for your help!
Hi @Sai Kiran Reddy Karingula I am having this issue as well. I tried logging out, clearing my cache, I tried completing it in a new playground and other playgrounds. When I click "Add Role" the text box that pops up only has one field for Name and nothing else. Any assistance you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
