I have tried now to change the permission set, I have changed all the Users in the Team to "CEO" role. 

Is there anything else i can try?

    Hi Marie,

    The feature "Roles" is needed for opening up data to the user.

    But in your error, it says that the object Opportunity, Notes & Attachments and Open Activities aren't available for the user Milena. 

     

    The user Milena:

    - belongs to a Profile i.e. "Sales"

    - has a list of Permission Sets assigned (that are extending the Profile's permissions)
