I am trying to complete this module titled Manage Service Appointments but no matter what I do I cannot see any unscheduled appointments from the Field Service tab.
To follow along it asks you to complete the Field Service Center Customization badge and create appointments. I did complete that badge successfully and have created multiple work orders with service appointments, as well as service appointments without work orders, but none of these show up in the Field Service tab as unscheduled so that I can continue the scheduling module.
I have checked that the Field Service tab isn't filtered in anyway -- all of my territories are selected, All Service Appointments is selected, the date range extends to the same date range as the service appointments created. The service appointments are in a "none" status as they are not scheduled yet.
How can I either correctly create a Service Appointment show its available to be scheduled or correct my settings so that I can view these unscheduled appointments? #Trailhead Challenges #Salesforce Field Service
This is probably really simple but I just have not figured it out.
