Back in December I scheduled a List Email to go out to two Lists - contacts and leads.  We know that some contacts received the email as they responded to the unsubscribe option by replying to the email, as well we received a couple of donations following the email.  However, when reaching out to close contacts in the list a number of them said they did not receive the email and the status of the List Email is canceled.    How do I determine why the status is Canceled and why some contacts/leads received the email while others didn't?   Thanks!
