I'm currently onboarding and I'm looking to complete the "Discovering Techforce" badge, but no direct link was provided and it doesn't come up in search. Could somebody please point me in the right direction? Thank you!

I think the trick here is to hit the MyTrailhead Content instead of the general content.
If you go to the URL as below and sign in with your Salesforce Account this should allow access to these internal only badges
https://org62.my.trailhead.com<
https://org62.my.trailhead.com/en/content/employee/modules/get-started-with-techforce>
However If you tried to access another way, the system may not be able to
recognise you as a valid user and as such you'll get redirected to the
homepage.
