Is there a way for the apps that I like to be sent to my Director of IT through SF? I need him to see a long list (200+), and it would make life much easier if I didn't have to share them individually.

    They were in my favorites. The copy/paste worked great! " ) I guess I didn't try that before, because I thought that dropdowns wouldn't let you c/p. Thanks a lot! There are 244 of them so far, so sharing them would have taken forever. I built the list for my tech guys to be able to check them out, and we can decide which ones to test and use.
