Background: Approximately one year ago today, Kappa Alpha Theta, an international women’s fraternity, implemented the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and the ChapterSpot Fraternity and Sorority Member Portals.
Anytime you are replacing a 20-year old legacy product within an ecosystem of vast institutional knowledge and a host of technologies, the stabilization of day-to-day operations across diverse constituent groups can be time consuming.
As a result, the adoption and exploitation of NPSP have suffered and, given our need to transition to the Lightning Experience (LEX), we would like to take a step back and re-analyze our situation and apply any learning/improvements within the context of a customized LEX training program.
Challenge:
Assess current processes, technologies, and people to determine:
- Opportunities for process simplification
- Improvement in user adoption of core features and capabilities of Salesforce (LEX)
- Solidify Salesforce as our single database or source of the truth
- Develop a customized training program for user adoption
- Recommend a blueprint for further product adoption (3-5-year target)
Megan,
Thank you...I will run the Lightning Readiness report and the Optimizer report and review them.
