We are currently using the NPSP version and would like all the users that use the program to be able to see each others information. Can anyone explain how I can connect all of data with each other?

I'll summarize how most nonprofits seem to approach the sharing model: turn it off. If you want all users to be able to see each others' information, you're going to want to set your org wide defaults to public and to not create or use Roles or a Role Hierarchy.
