I have given access to Partner Users Profile but it did not work.
Later I checked whether I can change OWD settings on Case object from Private to Public Read/Write but that cannot be given as per some other conflicts.
Now trying it through Permission set.But even after assigning Permission set,it is not working as expected!
What could be the possible reason?

Atleast when the user clicks on the Case tab in the Partner community,they would be redirected to the List view of the cases assigned to them along with a few buttons.They are unable to view buttons.
