
Right now I have to type the individual company names in SF, search the account and opportunity for activity by anyone else in my region. If there's activity from anyone else, I can't work it and move on to the next one. THIS TAKES A TON OF TIME and there has to be a better way! Starting to get frustrated trying to follow links on how to accomplish, etc. HELP and many thanks in advance!

I would run an Account or Opportunity with Accounts report in Salesforce that contains the field "Last Activity Date". Then, export that to excel and compare your list of 25k Accounts via a lookup function.
