I'm new to Salesforce but know it enough to create an order, push it through Workflow and Submit Order. After refreshing numerous times the Case doesn't have an Order number. This is a local problem which tells me it could be an issue with my permissions.

    Thank you Amnon for your response! I failed to mention that this happens to all of my cases. Nonetheless I will take your suggestion and contact administration about it. Thanks again!
