I'm getting an error that says "We can't find user 'Ada Balewa' as a selected member of the 'Product Support Tier 2' queue." whereas I have added Ada Balewa as a queue member and the profile has the necessary permissions. Any idea how to solve this?

Hi @arina, I actually had created 3 users named Ada Balewa hence Salesforce could not pick the current one. I renamed all of them end kept one Ada Balewa which I was using, and it worked for me. I had the same issue. Solution: had to switch Fisrt name >< Last name :)
Thanks, Sahil. In the same situation, I had Ada duplicated, so I changed the name of one record, and it worked.

I created a new contact called Ada Balewa and also I changed the name for the old record and now is working.
Thanks Sahil! This also worked for me. At first I just tried to freeze the duplicate account, but only changing the name actually worked.
