Is it possible to use macros in the Salesforce mobile app? We would like to be able to have macros to auto-update case details and responses but cannot seem to find a way to get them to show in mobile.

    Hi Andrew,

     

     Did you try with new mobile App? It should work there.

     

    One of the first things end users might notice is that the Lightning Experience is now mirrored on mobile, making the Salesforce experience intuitive as they toggle from their laptop to mobile phone. This seamless user experience also means users don’t need extra training. And any  personalizations they make to their navigation in Lightning Experience will extend to the mobile app.
