I was using Salesforce for Outlook and received a notification to upgrade.  I upgraded and Salesforce for Outlook no longer works.  It gives an error "IMAP and POP3 email services are not supported."  Why did the previous version work and this one does not?  Is there a solution other than getting rid of our present email servers?

    I'm in the same situation, and I'm afraid that we'll have to stay on version 2.4.2  :(
