We have Professional Edition, but have paid for API Webservices.
When attempting to install the app onto our Developer sandbox, to test it out, I got the error above. Does API Web Services not cover Apex Classes?
VonageConnect is not available on AppExchange, only through their website. It does say that it requires Enterprise or Unlimited, but I thought by purchasing the API we could get around this most of the time.

I know it's not, I was trying to install it on my Developer Sandbox to test it. The installation failed due to "Apex Classes(classes/CTIUser.cls-meta.xml) Missing feature Installing this package requires the following feature and its associated permissions: Apex Classes"
Can I not use a developer sandbox to test it before installing on production? Or must I install on the developer org first?
