I am currently working as 'Automation Engineer'. Now, involved in Salesforce project. Planning to do ADM 201 certification.
Can you please guide me; what would be my path in SF domain, considering my profile? Is there any growth as a Tester in SF or can I shift to ADM part & then Consultant role.

There really is no certification track to be a Salesforce.com Tester. However, if you are a strong tester with experience with QTP, Selenium, etc., you just need to grow your Salesforce.com knowledge to be the best tester related to Salesforce/Force.com testing.
The ADM201 and DEV401 certifications are good ones to have and will give you a broad overall understanding of Salesforce.com. Candidly, many of the testers in our testing practice do not have any certifications, rather just a broad understanding of the platform as they are versatile testers and do much more than just testing on Salesforce/Force.com.
