I am wondering if it's possible to automate record creation. I looked into Flows but I am not familiar enough with them to understand how to do it yet or if they can accomplish what I am looking for.
Whenever we have a new client, we create a new Contact record. There are several Contact Record Types. Each Contact will also need some custom object records, such as Case Management (also has different record types), Medical Information, etc. Right now whenever we add a new contact, I am going manually into their Contact record and adding the new Case Management record, Medical Information record, etc.
I am wondering if there's any way to automate this for new contacts?
If not, or if it involves signficant knowledge of coding or programming, it's fine. Just thought I'd check in with the forum and see if anyone knew!
