Several users in our org receive calendar events via our online scheduling app, but one user in particular continues to have the events duplicated once they are set once on her calendar. SFDC Support is investigating and discovered "Events by Salesforce" app in our instance.
Has anyone had events record duplication through Events for Salesforce app?
We have ruled out syncing from Gmail, and User is not using Outlook.

Hi Jamie,
I've noticed that the case was closed and wanted to share the final outcome of the investigation here. Based on the investigation, the team concluded that it the Cirrus Insight creating the events. The events created are not technically duplicates at any rate:
1. They have a different subject
2. Created by two different users even if it is being assigned to the same user for the same end-result
3. Duplicates would normally constitute a like-to-like almost identical record
I believe you already reached out to Cirrus support for more investigation. Thank you!
