Outlook to Salesforce Question

Does anyone know if it is possible to pick and choose what appointments from Outlook you want sent to Salesforce? I have installed the plug in but it is sending all of my Outlook appts. to Salesforce including any personal appts. that I add. Does anyone know if it is possible not to send those personal appts. or not have them sync automatically?

    To stop synchronization with SF with outlook, go to

     

    setup - desktop administration - outlook configurations - and edit outlook, 

     

    In the setup you can customize the way that you are going to be synchronizing salesforce with outlook. In there you will be able to choose what direction it will synch. But unfortunately if you have personal contacts in your outlook and auto synch, they will be in salesforce. if you want to keep these private make sure that you don't have your contacts shared with other users.
