Hi,

 

I've signed up for a trial of the Contact Manager edition.

 

1: When my needs grow, what do I do to upgrade to the higher plans?

 

2: There are some contacts and accounts that must be there by default: salesforce.com, Global Media, and Acme. When I try to delete them, I get the error message: "Your attempt to delete {0} could not be completed because you no longer have access to one of its associated records."

    I spoke to Support twice - they told me different things, and one of those

    answers was simply a means of persuading me to sign up. Neither gave me the

    right answer, which turned out to be a very very simple solution. Having

    spent several days getting to know the application, and knowing that I'd

    have to call on support in the future, these initial experiences helped my

    decision to allow the trial to expire.

    Thanks Erica for checking up on the status of my issue - I might give

    Salesforce another try in future.
