"Files in My Libraries" not displaying for users

I just created a library and added a public group with Author rights. When go to the Files tab I see on the left "FILES IN MY LIBRARIES" and, under that heading, I see a link kto the new library name displayed.

 

However, if I login as one of the members of the group and go to the Files tab, I don't see "FILES IN MY LIBRARIES". Does anyone know why?

    In order for a user to be able to see libraries they have to be marked as a Salesforce CRM Content User in their user settings.
