Looking for recommendation of sales acceleration tool

I am looking for recommendations for a sales accelleration tool that will allow sales reps to make calls from and log the calls in salesforce.

 

ShoreTel is not an option - tied to the ShoreTel phone system.

 

Inside Sales is not an option - too expensive.

 

Requirements:

  1. Click-to-dial
  2. Record details of inbound and outbound calls in a panel on the screen; saves to an activity history record
  3. Must not be tied to the phone system
  4. Must be stable
  5. Must be inexpensive
