Hello, I have been testing salesforce files for my team and I find it really great except for 1 thing. Our company uses a proxy to access the internet and Salesforce. I keep getting pop ups to enter my proxy credentials. Is there a place to enter them once and for all ? does any body else have this kind of issue ? if yes how did you deal with it ? thanks

    Hello Ariane, thanks for sharing this. The way Salesforce Files Application works on desktop is it will authenticate once and unless you quit the application it will use the credentials to authenticate on proxy.

    If you are seeing pop ups every time or the application itself is not working even after entering credentials, please open a support ticket. Thanks!
