Joshua Canary
Director of Technology
Josh Canary is the director of technology for Cyber Apex Solutions and helps the Department of Homeland Security support critical infrastructure owners and operators. Early in his career, he worked at a small technology start-up building computers from scratch for a local university. After learning the technologies and earning certifications, he started designing networks and building out system architecture to solve business problems.
Working as a senior systems architect, I design and build systems to help my customers collaborate on a daily basis about best practices, share information about ongoing security issues related to critical infrastructure, and deal with incidents and security events securely and legally.
We had a chance to connect with Joshua to ask him a few questions about his cybersecurity journey.
