Sales

Salesforce Starter Suite helps your sales teams prioritize important deals and increase productivity.

  • Out-of-the-box sales paths and reports keep your teams on track and help manage sales pipelines.
  • Helpful guidance for success walks you through considerations and recommended actions during each sales stage.
  • Lead and opportunity records capture important details, conversations, and interactions with prospects and potential customers.

Service

  • Tools track customer engagement history and details.

Marketing

Note

Marketing campaigns are currently available in the US, Mexico, and Canada; EMEA; and LATAM. Einstein Send Time Optimization is currently only available in AMER and EMEA. Email outreach features and list views are available in all regions.

Starter Suite helps your marketing team build branded marketing content and track customer interactions.

Starter Suite helps you collect revenue quickly from a closed opportunity with Pay Now. After setting up a merchant account, users can create a payment link and email it to a recipient to complete a transaction.
