The Salesforce Certified Associate Credential

The Salesforce Certified Associate credential is designed for candidates who may be new to the Salesforce ecosystem and have interest in understanding and using the Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform. Salesforce Certified Associate candidates desire to learn the Salesforce Platform and common business use cases. They’re interested in gaining experience in Salesforce and may want to explore a Salesforce career or may be on the path to becoming a Salesforce certified professional. Candidates should have a fundamental awareness of how an integrated CRM platform solves the challenge of connecting departments and customer data.

Maintain Your Certification

Once you take and pass your exam (woohoo!), how do you maintain your certification?

To maintain your Salesforce Credentials, all certified professionals must successfully complete release maintenance modules specific to their credentials once per year. You may view specific maintenance requirements here. If you don’t complete your maintenance modules by the completion deadline, your credentials will expire.
