The Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification
The Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Credential is designed for individuals who are responsible for managing Agentforce within their organizations.
This exam covers these key topics that we review in the following five units of this module. Each topic makes up a certain percentage of the exam.
- Prompt Engineering: 30% of the exam
- Agentforce Concepts: 30% of the exam
- Agentforce and Data Cloud: 20% of the exam
- Agentforce and Service Cloud: 10% of the exam
- Agentforce and Sales Cloud: 10% of the exam
By successfully passing the Salesforce Agentforce Specialist exam, you demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of the following topics.
- Navigating Salesforce tools and developing custom solutions, actions, or integrations within the Salesforce environment
- How Agentforce enhances business processes
- How the Atlas Reasoning Engine powers Agentforce and ensures accurate and contextually relevant interactions
- The appropriate use cases for Prompt Builder, managing prompt templates, and understanding grounding techniques
- Using Agentforce Data Library to enhance agent response accuracy and personalize interactions
- How Data Cloud retrievers ground agent responses
- The way to create and customize agents based on specific business needs, and how to use Agentforce Testing Center to test agents
- Monitoring agent adoption and managing Agentforce user security

Maintain Your Certification
Once you take and pass your exam (woohoo!), how do you maintain your certification?
To maintain your Salesforce Credentials, all certified professionals must successfully complete release maintenance modules specific to their credentials once per year. You can view specific maintenance requirements here. If you don’t complete your maintenance modules by the completion deadline, your credentials will expire.
